Dana will personally guide your group through each of the 3 Creative Life Design courses to plan your week, unlock your DREAM-Goals, and design your life. Then you'll tackle your first 3-week sprint together as a community, providing the extra hands-on support needed to make meaningful progress on your goals and celebrate milestones you dream of achieving. 6 Weeks of Group Coaching

Day-to-Day Support Through WhatsApp

Join a unique WhatsApp group with your cohort peers to ask questions, brainstorm how to break through blockers, and celebrate successes! Dana will also participate in the channel, so you truly receive on-going support to implement this system .

In our last group cohort, one participant lost 25 lbs in 6 weeks and completely stopped all negative self-talk. Frequently Asked Questions

The most frequently asked questions are listed below. If you have a question not included here, please don't hesitate to reach out!

What are the session times?

I want to make it as accessible as possible for all participants, so the times for each session will be determined by majority group vote once the group has been formed. 

How long will each session be?

Most sessions will be 2 hours, with all of them ranging between 1-2 hours.

What if I can't make all the sessions?

That's totally fine! Each session will be recorded and sent back to the group for future reference, whether you missed a session or want to replay something that resonated with you. If there are any important resources that were shared in that session, they will be sent to the full group in slack after the session as well.

How many people will be in the cohort?

To me, the group dynamics and support of each other is paramount, so the quality of the group dynamic is more important than the size. This is an invitation-only group so my goal is to have a group that's large enough to break into smaller discussion groups, but small enough that we know all of the participants and are able to support each other in meaningful ways!
